Each Job is Custom and Quoted as Such.

Payment In Full Is Required With All Orders. No exceptions.

We are a Handcraft Studio, we do not have an estimating department, so Estimates can take 2 weeks OR MORE depending on the details/size of the project to be quoted and our WORK LOAD.

When you request a Custom Job Quote, for a design or project you provide, we need to engineering (figure out or rework for) the fabrication process, along with the materials and labor. This can take a lot of time and effort so please consider a ballpark budget - if one is important to you - to help us decide on the front end if we can accommodate your parameters.

Turn Around Time Ranges from 8 to 10 Weeks on Most Orders - but can take longer depending upon the project and our work load - we aim to provide accurate time estimates.

For any estimate please provide your Design & Specifications, including choice of Materials & Approx. Measurements, and any Photos if pertinent. Any extra details you can provide are critical for an accurate quote.

Please include your Name, Company, Address and Contact Numbers or we can not provide a quote.

Crating/Packing & Shipping, Delivery or Installation are Quoted Separately.

Quotes are FOB Our Warehouse & Good for 30 Days unless otherwise noted. INCREASE IN THE COST OF GOODS AND MATERIALS WILL AFFECT FINAL PRICE. ANY FURTHER WORK OR ADDITION TO WORK WILL VOID THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. Our liability is limited to the amount of the quote provided.

Photos of the Final Product can be E-Mailed for Review Prior to Shipping.

When ordering Custom Brackets, as featured on our website, please note prices start with a Minimum Order Requirement (not including shipping) on the pricing pages: Column Supports/Vertical Stand-Offs and Extended Bracket/Corbel Supports.

If placing an order based on our Custom Brackets we recommend sending us a drawing of your project so that we may provide some guidance or reconfigure for your installation needs.
